TC39 is available as a venue with no special strings attached.

@domfarolino I believe you already belong to an Ecma member company (Google) so it will be trivial for your lead delegate (Shu) to onboard you as a TC39 delegate. Discussion can happen at any time in Matrix or in adhoc meetings organised on the Reflector.
