Re: [w3c/uievents] Standardize common gestures event (#293)

I would like to add that if this _were_ tied to input behaviour, to ignore "touch" and instead focus on "pointer". Making the distinction between touch and mouse events, rather than treating them all as pointer events, with multiple pointers all doing things at the same time, is partly what got us into this mess of not being able to easily implement gesture detection in the first place =)
