As investigated web bundles and isolated web apps, I think my ideas may have some differences in that:

1. pwa should be packed by any zip tools without introducing new tools.
2. use the pwa concept  instead of introducing new concept wbn or iwa.
3. pwa is an application format can fully utilize the os abilities with the permission granted by the end users.
4. pwa has no security limitation as described in isolated web apps.
