Re: [w3c/clipboard-apis] Should clipboard-write permission be removed too? (Issue #163)

As a developer of a web application that is often used inside an iframe, the behavior in Safari and Firefox where clipboard writes require a user gesture, but do not require `allow="clipboard-write"` on the iframe, is much more convenient. Is there any possibility of Chrome aligning on that behavior?
