[w3c/pointerlock] Editorial: Broken HTML and DOM references (Issue #87)

- We currently have a 3 ReSpec errors with the following broken references: `active document`, `ancestor browsing context` and `active documents`.
- It also seems to me that the term `browsing context` does not link to the HTML [definition](https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/document-sequences.html#concept-document-bc) but links [another reference](https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/document-sequences.html#concept-document-bc) in HTML.  Not sure which other external spec links have the same problem.
