The reference implementation manages to pass these tests despite following the current spec: https://github.com/whatwg/streams/blob/4d33866aab71b387b10c7d476dff312a7c2d8241/reference-implementation/lib/abstract-ops/transform-streams.js#L134 . Are you able to explain the discrepancy?
