Hi @tomayac 

I think what people really need is to copy the `image/svg+xml` type, not the bitmap.

There is an [unshipped implementation in Chrome](https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/g/blink-dev/c/KYN1ToIjCsM/m/blyE-F-bAQAJ), can you help push it to ship?
