@keithamus from that PR it seems like the only coverage for this is [`html/semantics/interactive-elements/the-dialog-element/backdrop-inherits.html`](https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/blob/master/html/semantics/interactive-elements/the-dialog-element/backdrop-inherits.html)? Which doesn't address fullscreen. I suppose it might be okay, but it doesn't seem ideal.
