Hi @torgo ! Tentative rephrase: 
- Users will be able to experience more responsive web sites, especially on memory-constrained devices.
- Users will be able to access more high computation services on the internet (game engines, photo editing, video conferencing, etc.) that would not be otherwise available or very slow.
- Users will be protected from Specter attacks while browsing the web.
