Hi @csharrison sorry this has taken so long. Assuming you'd still like our feedback we can review the design in the coming weeks. Has there been any update since Jan? Also I think one reason we've had some trouble getting started on this review is that there are three explainers which are extremely detailed and go straight into discussing the solution rather than starting with user needs (as our [guidance](https://tag.w3.org/explainers/) requests).
