We appreciate the problem you're trying to solve and agree that this is a really important privacy issue. Architecturally, this isn't a huge issue. We want to make sure this is good for users. We think this is fine for experimentation but we would like to see some results of that experiment regarding the impact on users. We'd also like there to be multi-stakeholder consensus on this to avoid user confusion. We're going to close this for now.
