Re: [w3ctag/design-reviews] Incremental Font Transfer: Patch Subset (Issue #849)

Hi @svgeesus,

In the [Stakeholder Feedback / Opposition](https://github.com/w3c/IFT/blob/main/Patch-Subset-Explainer.md#stakeholder-feedback--opposition) section of the explainer, it says "WebKit: Positive". With my TAG hat off and my WebKitten hat on, I don't believe this to be accurate. It would be more accurate to say that WebKit is negative on this proposal. (We expect that, if it becomes widely deployed, we may find ourselves in the regrettable position of having to implement it, but this is not the same thing as supporting the proposal.) @litherum can provide further clarification if necessary.
