[whatwg/webidl] IDL grammar section should not discuss symbols in terms of fonts (Issue #1217)

https://webidl.spec.whatwg.org/#idl-grammar describes the grammar symbols in terms of fonts, which isn't really accessible. We should find some other way of talking about them.

It might be sufficient to say something like:

> These are the generic terminal symbols: [regular expression symbols here]. The other terminal symbols listed in this section are the specific terminal symbols.

(Non-terminals starting with an uppercase character seems somewhat fine. Although even that isn't the epitome of accessibility.)
