[whatwg/fullscreen] Fullscreen tests are manual? (Issue #211)

I know the tests are rather old (and it's probably why they are manual) but there appears to be no valid reason why they should be manual tests anymore. 

In particular, the `trusted_click()` could just use `test_driver.click()` (or maybe even `.bless()`). 

Is there any plans to convert them to automated tests? 

Also, there is a lot of use of the old `async_test()` and `.step()`... be nice to get rid of all that stuff too.
