Re: [w3c/manifest] editorial: Move the definition of display-mode back to APPMANIFEST. (PR #1039)

Okay.  I remember at one point someone had contacted me asking me
permission to analyze my data or something like that.  I noticed on alien
vault OTX that ransom and malware attacks are constantly coming from my IP
address even when I haven’t opened my computer in a week.  Do you know
anything about that?
