It appears compile.sh was removed in this commit: https://github.com/w3c/ServiceWorker/commit/e279e305ceb812537d5a9face840a2e9060408a5 @ylafon was there a reason for this? Was this reviewed? I don't know about anyone else, but I use compile.sh for local development work on the spec. Not having it is a barrier for me to contribute to the spec.
