Thanks! I hadn't thought to look at this.

I also should have noted that when returning a empty blob through https://fetch.spec.whatwg.org/#concept-body-consume-body and https://fetch.spec.whatwg.org/#concept-body-package-data via [Request.blob()](https://fetch.spec.whatwg.org/#dom-body-blob) all engines return an empty string.
