Re: [w3ctag/design-reviews] Review request for TURTLEDOVE (Issue #723)

There were a lot of proposals in the past, most of which were either folded into later proposals or from which the later proposals drew from.  To my knowledge the only two being pursued presently by web browsers are TURTLEDOVE/FLEDGE by Chrome and PARAKEET by Edge.  It’s worth noting that these two remaining proposals share most of their API and they differ mostly in their trust models.  Deployment experience is necessary to inform the choice between the trust models, and the Blink release process asks for a TAG review before proceeding to broader deployment.  [Chrome is running an Origin Trial with FLEDGE](https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/g/blink-dev/c/0VmMSsDWsFg/m/_0T5qleqCgAJ) and I believe [Microsoft is running a Polyfill test with PARAKEET](https://github.com/microsoft/PARAKEET/issues/7).
