Re: [whatwg/fullscreen] Impossible to customize the style of a dialog's ::backdrop residing inside a Shadow DOM. (#124)

Because of the ever-widening support for dialog elements, they are starting to become popular.
The sooner we fix this problem, the less webcompat issuse will be.

And I could use it.
`::backdrop` is the only place where I have to manually assign the color value.
