Hi, I'm planning to merge https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/pull/31080 and wondering what is the expected behavior around BFCache: should storage events for storage modification while a page is in BFCache be fired after the page is restored (Chrome's behavior), or not (Safari/Firefox's behavior)?
