same issue - toolbar icons style missed at 2nd time
using CKeditor5 online builder and took packages and inserted in assert folder to get that ckeditor.js and style.css in angular project(cli ^13, node ^16, npm ^6).

scenario - edit button -> decoupled editor instance opened and saved the document by clicking save button then document saved and came back to document view then edit button clicked now the toolbar icon/button style not applied(<style data-cke="true">....</style>)

Any suggestion/idea to fix this?
