Re: [w3c/pointerlock] Add lock options to requestPointerLock (#49)

Aside from the ReSpec usage nits in @marcoscaceres's last comment my sense is that this change is ready to land. It's been shipping in Chromium for quite a while. Unfortunately if we're looking for signal from other browser vendors that implement requestPointerLock() there [are](https://lists.webkit.org/pipermail/webkit-dev/2020-October/031473.html) [none](https://github.com/mozilla/standards-positions/issues/448).
