[w3c/clipboard-apis] Cross-device Shared clipboard (Issue #184)

I believe it would bring value to have a feature similar to the apple eco-system's clipboard sharing across ios/macos devices. This would bring a lot of convenience to user's who want to share passwords, urls, complicated text, and perhaps even multimedia files to user's who have a chrome browser on both their mobile and desktop devices.

This feature could be truly cross-platform, with the clipboard synced to all active chrome apps in which the same chrome user profile is logged in. Optionally, there could be a location-based conditional check ensuring shared devices are co-located.
