@annevk Web IDL refers to [message values](https://heycam.github.io/webidl/#es-creating-throwing-exceptions) for both DOMException and ES “NativeError” errors thrown from platform specs as “user agent-defined” explicitly. (If this is what you meant — not 100% certain.)
