[w3c/editing] Interim progress meeting in 2 weeks? (#337)

Hi WG! We made great progress on setting context and discussions around several issues: https://github.com/w3c/editing/issues/334 and https://github.com/w3c/clipboard-apis/issues/150, but had to defer several other agenda items to later. If the group is OK with an interim meeting in two weeks, we think it would be helpful to continue the momentum established today. This is not expected to be a permanent change, just a one-off meeting.

The proposal is to meet again on 24 September 2021.

(This does *not* correspond to the proposed TPAC meeting, which is around the end of October.)
