Re: [whatwg/streams] Clarify that a pull source doesn't need to wait in pull() (#1014)

It's not just you. I even [wrote code](https://github.com/MattiasBuelens/wasm-streams/commit/120f1d7ec2767dec2f98e2441005a52115ecbdb5) specifically to work around this "problem". But then I found that everything worked just fine without it, so [I reverted it again](https://github.com/MattiasBuelens/wasm-streams/commit/c2159756c846cd408fe3230cb92d7bcdf9bfe0e2). 😅 Moral of the story: test all your assumptions! 😁

I'm in favor of closing this.
