Let me know if I'm misunderstanding this concern: > As it is now, we are very much restricted by the requirements of having 2 implementations lined up right from the start of the spec development process In terms of what we work on, my read of the CSS WG charter, which I think has a good model, is that we can work on anything within our scope that the group agrees to work on.
