Hi folks – thanks again for sending this review. We are going to close this with an 'ambivalent' status. As indicated above, some of the feedback has been actioned but we feel there are some important points that haven't been addressed. More importantly there is an issue with multi-implementer support and considering the work is going in in webapps, you will need to gain implementer support before advancing this spec to the next stage there.
