[w3c/editing] Updates to execCommand spec (#288)

[Section 8, "Inline formatting commands"](https://w3c.github.io/editing/docs/execCommand/#inline-formatting-commands) includes superscript but not subscript. I suggest adding subscript since it seems to be implemented in the same way in all modern browsers.
