Hi, thanks for all the feedback! After going through & incorporating the feedback here to the explainer, I believe the current proposal (global_id = start_url_origin + manifest_id_member, default global_id = start_url) is the one that supports the use cases the best and allows the smoothest transitions from the existing ecosystem. I am moving forward with implementation on Chromium side.
