Re: [whatwg/fetch] Add more parameters to "obtain a connection" (#1171)

@annevk , I have a question. I'm trying to use the operation from w3c/webtransport but I cannot link to the http3Only parameter. Is there anything missing? I see https://fetch.spec.whatwg.org/#process-request-body has an __id__ attribute but I'm not sure if it's required.
