No, of course not. I am not an "Expert". I simply think it's unreasonable to dismiss a pull request which does nothing substantive, merely correcting some obviously outdated parts of a woefully outdated document.

If every attempt to make the document slightly less badly outdated is to be rejected, there is little point in the document's existence.
