[w3c/editing] Check "group" of specs (#312)

Firstly, congrats on getting the new group up! 🎉

Just a reminder that for IPR purposes, you will need to change all the "group:" ReSpec and Bikeshed configurations in your documents to point to the new group. 

Your group short name is `"webediting"`. 

That will update all the right urls in the boilerplate.
