[w3c/editing] Different browser behaviors when moving the caret by one word. (#278)

Hi,

At facebook, we have discovered that browser editors behave differently when moving the caret by one word.

Maybe the behavior should be different on each OS, but even on the same OS, different browsers will all be act differently.

Should the behavior be specified? Or do per platform recommendations exist?
