I can't give precise numbers, but only about one in a million requests are in this group. This is low enough to meet the bar for deprecation, but I'd still prefer not to give the people using port 10080 a bad time if we don't have to. Even with these preliminary numbers, it's pretty clear that unblocking 554 was a mistake on my part.
