Re: [w3c/touch-events] [feature request] Standardize long press touch event (#109)

I'm afraid that, certainly for Touch Events, there won't be any further features added, as all major engines have now moved towards work on https://w3c.github.io/pointerevents/

as this request is more fundamental than just pointer events - and effectively touches on gesture handling, which is outside of the scope of pointer events - I would suggest raising this issue under UI events https://github.com/w3c/uievents
