[WICG/webcomponents] Why is Chrome Platform Status reporting 70% usage for HTMLSlotElement? (#912)

Can someone explain why these Chrome Platform Status stats are so high?

``CustomElementsRegistryDefine`` at **9.7%**  seems a fair number
https://chromestatus.com/metrics/feature/timeline/popularity/1689

But ``HTMLSlotElement`` at **70%** for the past years   
https://chromestatus.com/metrics/feature/timeline/popularity/1898

and ``NodeGetRootNode``  at  **22.3 %**
https://chromestatus.com/metrics/feature/timeline/popularity/1467

I can not explain
