[w3c/editing] EditContext.isInComposition should be renamed to `isComposing` (Issue #377)

For consistent name with `InputEvent` and `KeyboardEvent`, it should be renamed to `isComposing`. Otherwise, we'd see similar issue of `Range.collpased` and `Selection.isCollapsed`.
