What about if "generally" the `"minimal-ui"` mapped to `window.open()` with [`windowFeatures`](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Window/open#window_features) set to ["popup"](https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/window-object.html#dom-open-dev).
