Hi @mustaqahmed. We are looking at this in our [TAG breakout](https://github.com/w3ctag/meetings/blob/gh-pages/2021/telcons/08-16-agenda.md). We were wondering: Can advertisers ask top-level sites to give them this permission, and get more control than they have now?
