Re: [whatwg/fetch] COEP:credentialless and the HTTP cache. (#1253)

That's the point I made in https://github.com/whatwg/fetch/issues/1253#issuecomment-891897433. That intermediary caches are broken in the face of XS-Leaks. (Expecting the long tail of origins to somehow address this on their own is unrealistic.)
