Re: [heycam/webidl] Need pattern for feature detecting dictionary members (#107)

In an unrelated thread, @mkruisselbrink [points out](https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/g/experimentation-dev/c/Mxnp2cIa_u4/m/4jsyxRqEAwAJ) that it's possible to feature detect dictionary members by providing the method an object with a getter and seeing if it was read.
That's cumbersome, but could work...
