IMO it's weird when others use it as a prefix. Do you have a reason not to use Historical? I think it's not rare, with some existing examples:

* DOM https://dom.spec.whatwg.org/#interface-event
* Fullscreen https://fullscreen.spec.whatwg.org/#api
* CSSOM https://drafts.csswg.org/cssom/#the-cssrule-interface
