Re: [whatwg/dom] Support `AbortSignal`s in `addEventListener`s options to unsubscribe from events? (#911)

@annevk can you please explain what the next steps in the process are?

We have:
 - WPTs at https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/pull/26472
 - a spec PR at https://github.com/whatwg/dom/pull/919
 - two implementations interested (Chrome and Firefox) and none opposed.

To be extra clear - I am in no rush, thankful that I get to work on this and am doing this for fun and to improve the web platform. I just want to understand what the next steps are.
