Thanks @WebReflection! I am actually looking into your Hyper... libraries for my current project, as it seems all of the "big" WC libraries have decided to move away from supporting `is` / `extends` in light of WebKit holding their ground on that issue (the painful irony is I'm targeting Electron for this project, so for my use case right now it literally does not matter what anything but the latest version of Chromium supports — but anyway). From what I've seen so far it looks really promising, so thanks for all your work on that!

But the main reason I commented here is because I am genuinely interested in what the future of the spec will look like. The composable primitives stuff in particular sounds really exciting, so I hope it makes its way into the spec. Although, yes, at the current rate of progress it's looking like I may be retired before anything like that actually ships.
