Right, but it means that when the new way to make an element focused, is provided according to this discussion, it will not work with autofocus (or even worth, it will provide intermittent results). It seems reasonable to update [autofocus spec](https://whatpr.org/html/5120/interaction.html#the-autofocus-attribute) so that the algorithm is also triggered when custom element is upgraded. -- You are receiving this because you are subscribed to this thread.
