Re: [whatwg/storage] Minor improvement in reading flow (#105)

To clarify my commit message above -- "use either obtain" *seems* like an editorial oversight, but it is not. My edit attempts to make this clear at a first reading. The current text is correct, but I had to read the sentence twice to understand it.
