Thinking about creating a definition called "scope-dependent member", then `shortcuts` and other specs (share target, file handlers, protocol handlers) define them as scope-dependent. If the manifest has no `scope` (i.e. because it has no `start_url`), the manifest processor deletes all scope-dependent members. -- You are receiving this because you are subscribed to this thread.
