Re: [heycam/webidl] Only install @@toStringTag on the prototype (#357)

Okay. It seems like this probably only defines Symbol.toStringTag on the prototype objects. We can totally implement that in Firefox. Actually all this code already exists and this only a one line change.

Sorry for my previous comment, I was somehow under the impression that there are still plans for putting toStringTag on every object.
