Please vote on a specific date but it looks like the current winner is:
Tuesday, April 21st PDT afternoon / Wednesday, April 22nd AEDT/JST morning

 - Helsinki (EEST): 1am through 5am on Wednesday, April 22nd
 - Paris (CEST): midnight through 4am on Wednesday, April 22nd
